If you decide to sell, would you be willing to sell anything seperate? i.e. wheels, tires, clear corners, etc.

Unhappy

You've put a lot of work and money into your truck, I would thnk that you would be happy with the mustang (who wouldn't) but you would miss your 4x4. Just my opinion tho.

Cool

You couldn't pull me out of my truck for a car. Too many people have Mustangs, too many kids. Why be just like them, another kid in a Stang.

Red face

DONT SELL THE TRUCK.

Just think of how your truck looks. With the big lift and big tires it is one of the biggest cars on the road. This not only gets people to look at you, but it makes them respect you. Drive a car down the road 5 miles under the speed limit and look at all the people who tailgate you. Then do the same thing in your truck. NO ONE will tailgate you.

A 4x4 Truck can go ANYWHERE and operate on ANY Terain, why would you want to move to a little car and face not being able to go on ice or snow?

I think selling your truck would be the worse thing ever . Just my thought on that.

Now the choice is yours, I hope you make the right one.

Well I think that the Saleen is a nice vehicle BigBadRedLiftedFordMan. But take this into consideration when you make your final decision : "...the road curves to the right and there are a lot of signs that say you cannot turn left...TURN LEFT." With the Saleen, you get to go to the right. Hey, you're the one who said it.

That is a nice car. The way i see it you only have one option: Dump your girlfriend or wife(if applicable), they're too expensive, Mortgage all your worldy possesions, rob a bank. Buy the car AND keep the truck.

Just my 2 cents, I have a '92 Camero 25th Anniversary edition. I know, don't hold it against me. I like the car, but I get up every morning and drive my truck to work. There is just something about driving the F-150 that seams right. I think you should get a sports car, they're fun, but only when you can afford to keep the truck also.

I don't know about you BigBadRedLiftedFordMan, but if you get the same kind of compliments that I do when I pull into a gas station, parking lot, or even sitting at a stop light, which I know you do. I take pride in that. Don't give it up.

OK, ditch the truck and get the car...JK. I only said that because I want your truck. I wanted a SCab when I bought my regular cab long bed at a good price. Heck for the right price I would think about coming down there and getting it. LOL, anyways keep the truck.

Hey BigBadRed;
First off I just recently came back from Colorado Springs, Co., and saw a 97 or 98 Saleen, and just about flipped. They are awesome, but I would never contenplate on selling my truck to buy one. Secondly just think about all the Speeding tickets that you could recieve in one of those!! Just take a minute and look at all the people on here that worships you and your truck. Also look at MUDDERS post, he is right, I see alot of kids around my neck of the woods driving those Mustangs and Camaros and why just be another kid?? But it is your decision if you want to sell your truck, I don't think we would hold anything against you { at least not to much } LOL.

One final thing like what Cowdoy-Up asked, if you see your truck, would you be interested in selling your "Rims" seperately??

Good Luck in your decision!!

Well, thanks for all the compliments guys. I'm still trying to decide. I just guess after almost 4 yrs, the truck just seems, well old, even though it's really not- i suppose i'm just too used to how it looks now and want a change. Plus, so many people around here are driving jacked up F150s, i saw two the same as mine (one with a 4" rancho +35s; other with 3" body and 34" bajas) nearly within 15 minutes of each other today, and i'm not feelin well so i was only out for like 30 minutes!
But right now, i'm leaning towards keeping the truck- its not really in my finances to buy a different vehicle right now.
HOWEVER,
if i do sell the F150 i'll let yall know, and depending on who i sell it to, i'll let you know about rims and tires and junk like that for sell seperately. Thanks again yall.
