Lovemy4X4,
The tires in that picture are 285X75X16. The wheels are 16x10 Weld Super Singles. The only suspension mod in that picture are the cranked torsion bars. They are cranked just far enough to almost level the truck. Any farther and the ride would be noticeably affected.
Yes, they do rub, or at least they did until the plastic part of the bumper wore away enough so the tire did not touch it anymore. It's not noticeable unless you look for the wear.

97 XLT SC 4.6 4X4 3.55LS; Black, 16" Weld Wheels, 33" BFG's (soon to be 35"), 4" Trailmaster Lift (powdercoated Black), K&N filter, tinted windows, superwhite bulbs
Coming soon:
Superchip, billet grille, spay-in liner, velocity tube.

GK,
SWEET LOOKING TRUCK !!
I love that prerunner bar, looks very aggressive and matched the Ranch-O lift perfectly. I can't wait to see it at the rally, Oh yea I already did. ;-0 Oh and the Stull grill inserts are a nice touch.

Cool

This is mine, no lift except for the height the tires add, just thought I would post it anyway.

Doc,

I can field this one for Gimpy. That prerunner bar is a one-off custom deal. He had it fabricated by hand to his specifications. Ive been looking for one myself for sometime now too. None of the ones ive seen even come close to the beefiness of Gimps,so I might end up getting one fabbed myself. Hope this helps.

DS

I need help I just had a 3" body lift on my 2000 4x2 and now want bigger tires what is the biggest tires on the 17" rims and who makes them? Or should I go to the 16" rims to get more variations on tire sizes? Alos I need to know who has a chrome brush guard for this truck. I bought the Westin nerf bars but they have not made the brushguard yet and they will not answer my last 5 e-mails about this.

I have a 2000 Lariat. 4.6, cat back Gibson, K&N filter, Wood dash kit, Kenwood w/ 200 amp and Polk speakers, with Bazooka, Superchip, nerf bars, 3" body lift I can't stop there somebody help me!

DirtSlinger,
I figured a pre-runner that stout and good looking would have to be one-off. Thanks for the response!! Doc
