My 02 screw needs tow mirrors
Ok so I need tow mirrors. #1 they look decent, #2 I can't see past my travel trailer. Now I know those chevy style ones on Ebay have too small of a base and I have seen that blue screw with 07-14 style ones and it doesn't look too bad. Has anyone else done anything that looks and works good?
I can find the non-powered towing ones (07-14 style) for an ok price but the powered ones are over $500. Is there a way a guy could take a pair of the 97-03 power mirror parts and pieces and put em into the non-powered towing ones?
I have pretty high standards when it comes to how it should look and I'm not new to getting something to work or look good in a truck that did not have the option.
Thanks guys

Me, personally I like the dodge tow mirrors. Last yr at the 4-wheel jamboree I seen a 01 or 02 F150 ext cab with the dodge mirrors. I thought it looked good but thats just my opionion. He wasnt around at the time for me to ask about them or how he got them to fit. I like those for the fact that when you dont need them they fold in nice and neat and when there flipped out they just look that damn good. I wish I would have asked now....

A member on here put the Dodge's on his 04-08 (I think) 150, but he did a TON of fiberglass work and never came back to share how he did it, whether he kept them, or got close pics to see how they looked.
Those Dodge ones are by far my favorite though. Look and function the best. Just not sure they (would) look right on a Ford.
