IMHO (in my homble opinion, I wouldn't worry to much about it , some are having theres replaced it seams if you bought a Screw with a vactory heavy duty owing package , you should have a 1.42 or a 2" double row radiator! , many many many of us have just the standard 1" single row radiator.
I have decided it works just fine for me , I just compleeted a 3,400 mile roadtrip 1/2 of the trip without trailer , and half of the trip pulling 4,000 pound travel trailer , the needle NEVER moved any higher throughout the entire trip, the daytime tempriture was sometimes as high as 98 deg! and I was pulling up and down hills from Michigan to Co , even got into a couple trafic jams , still no indicater of any rise in tempriture. good enough for me! like I said just my opinion... :-)

If you check in the Engines forum there is a string that goes for about 15 pages on this topic. What it boils down to in a nutshell is if you paid for the class III towing package, you paid for an upgraded radiator. Most of the trucks built in the last 2 years with the class III tow package don't have the correct radiator. You will meet up with some members here who prefer not to mess with it and don't understand what all the fuss is about. They will also tell you that their radiator does not overheat (which is the first thing Ford will ask you). That's fine for them. I for one, like to have what I paid for. I don't take kindly to being ripped off. That's why I bugged my dealer with facts taken from Ford literature and their own websites stating I had the wrong radiator. Eventually you will win.
