Windsheild washer troubles

I have a O5 Crew and the last time I had it serviced the windshield washer spritzers became clogged. I vacuumed out the washer fluid tank and removed the tube from the pump and blew air from the windsheld spriters to clear the tube. The washer worked for a while but became clogged again. Has anyone else had this problem.

I blew out the lines again yesterday and the spriters worked for a "short" while and became clogged again.
I have only used washer fluid in the storage tank. I did notice some blue deposits on the cap to the tank. Could this be causing the washer lines to become clogged?

Any feedback would be helpful.
