Question How bout this Screw?

I saw this truck, looked kinda nice, but dont like the rims. Anyone know anything about it? Its going for like 20k, thought it was a little high. I also thought it might have a leveling kit and 33's? IDK Any input would help, thanks

where is that truck located?? a friend of mine had one exactly like that , same hood, wheels, and exhaust.

The truck is located at willow brook ford. In IL. I think it looks good, just dont like the rims.
Also, its a 5.4L
