New To The Forum!!

Well this is my first truck and I'm loving it. i cant wait to tow my seadoos with it. prior to the truck i been pulling my skis with my 2000 passat.. so this is going to be so nice.. its a 2007 fx2 and i bought it with 20k on it.. clean truck

I plan to do some hid lights for the headlights and fogs.(any recommendations?)

also looking to change just the muffler out.. not looking for a catback system. what magnaflow do u recommend just for a muffler swap?

Thanks

I have the same trip just in a different colr (see my sig). I bought my truck for the same reason as you. Before my truck I was towing my motorcycle and quads with one of my BMW's, lol. Your going to love the truck. The only advice I would give you is as far as modding goes, dont just jump on things right away b/c their a town of mods and info out there. Take you time this way you get what you want. Example. Their are a ton on ppl on here with HIDs. Ppl have bought them at different prices from different places. Look into this deepely b4 jumping on it. I bought mine from xtralights.com. Majority of the ppl on here wouldnt buy from there simply b/c of the price. I bought the digital ones for $439 @ 4300k and it looks so nice. Not only does it look nice but the igniter and ballast are all in one and its about as thick as the Iphone (very thin and small). You could palm it in your hand.

The same thing goes for Radio/Nav Units. Some ppl spent around $800-$1200. Other went all out and may have spent $1200-$2200 for units like the Z2 and Z3.

Let me stop typing. All in all do the research b4 spending money

Great looking truck. Need some nice black wheels now.

HID4U on ebay sells kits very cheap for our trucks.
