Under the tonneau cover, in the bed? easiest place to put it. do you care if people see it?
Just get a automatic opener.

In my old 54, there was just enough room behind the drivers's seat. I could reach around and open the bottle without opening the door. Came in handy occasionally.

I have a remote bottle opener, but I dont want it in the bed. I dont want anyone to see it. all my lines and solenoids will be hidden. Im thinking about taking one of my subs out and cutting the box to fit it in there somehow.
