OK, so yours looks to be the oldest! If it was built Feb of 2000, why are they called 2001???? When did they actually start advertising them? 1999????

 

Way back when on this board someone said that the model year was determined by the year of the 12th month of sale, therefore 12th month of sale Jan 2001. Seems pretty stupid to me. Incidentally it caused me no end of grief with state registration and insurance documentation when I was trying to convince various clerks in early 2000 that this was a 2001 model year vehicle!!

 

You just barely beat me, built in March 00 with +80,ooo miles and 10% larger tires-no speedo recal though.

Dealer repaired drivers window rollers, pinion seal, wiper motor recall, and recently MAF sensor. Lousy gas mileage though(14MPG with larger tires. The vette gets more than 25 mpg with a larger motor).

2001 GEN 1 Supercrew, Deepwedgewood Blue/ Arizona Beige, 4.6L with 3.55LS. It shows that it was born in October 2000. Purchased the truck on April 12, 2001 as a demo, the mileage then was 7,700 miles. It now has 55,471 miles on the odometer and rising.

 

Bought 2002 Screw brand new, had the truck for approximately ONE YEAR this October and now the OD reads 16500 Miles.

 

We bought our Screw Sept. 1, 2001, 7 miles on it when we bought it. Right now it has 37,000 miles on it. We have driven it to Florida and California.

 

a few miles under 19K for a 2003 Supercrew, 5.4 L, 4X2.

It was built 9/25/02 and purchased 9/30/02, so it's over a year old now.

It's been a happy year too!

 

Man this is an old thread - thought I would update. Originally posted 67K miles.

Built 11/00, received 12/00 - Now has 93,000 miles!!!! (still looks and runs good though!!)

 

My 2003 is only four weeks old, and I have just under 1700 miles on it.... but many many more to come!

 

Have a 2003 Screw. Built on 9/9/02, took delivery on 9/21/02. To date, roughly 14,200 happy miles!

I don't envy you at all. That's alot of driving!

I've got right at 40K - '01 SCrew, bought May '01. Most of my miles are from taking road trips to the beach.

 

I just had to do brakes all around at 37,500 miles on my '01 KR Screw.

 

That's impressive logical... I only got 27K out of my first set (lots of stop and go city driving though).

How you been? Haven't seen you around much lately.
