on the site it says that the kit has been discontinued by autonet. whats the deal they stop making them, it also says that they are on sale, is this because they are stoping production?

That is a misprint. If you go to autonets site you will see freaks f150. This is the truck myself and crash! built. I made many modifications to the original kit in order to make it better. Pretty cool that our first 4.2 is now the picture truck for the kit. This is a very good quality kit. I was impressed with the over all finish. The mods we made were minor (just re routing and moving stuff). This kit totally rocks as well.

The kit has been on sale for some time now. This was not related to production. I have contacted Autonet. More information is on the way.

Ride in it. Heck we built it. Ran it against a stock 5.4 and pulled 6 lengths in the 1/8th.

Yes, we both drove the truck.

It is VERY impressive. With a chip, I think you could hit low 14s or quicker, and a 5-speed could even be quicker than that! I had a BLAST spanking Skid with a 4.2, but then he got blown too...

I spoke with Autonet and I can tell you, this kit is NOT going away! In fact, they are pushing Ford lines very hard. You will see products for the F-150, Mustang, and the Focus.

I have also verified we will be able to locate the air filter in the stock location.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
