New JDM Fuel System

New JDM Fuel System
Got with Nick@JDM and he gave me the low down, this should be the latest and greatest info we've seen on this system to date. He's putting this info out to gauge who is interested so hit up the poll above if you are. Some words from Nick;
"For a while the only fuel system (other then BAPs) for the truck was the dual pump that Jim makes out of the stock hat and GT500 hat. That system cost a lot because we have to buy two fuel pump hats and Jim has labor involved. The TU272HP pump mentioned in another thread supposedly acts like nothing more than a 255 pump. Even if it is a 400lph pump the hat may be restricting it and cause it to flow less.
We teamed up with Walboro (TI Automotive) to build a dual 400lph fuel pump hat so the 5.4 F150 guys never have to worry about fuel system capacity again.
The install of this new dual pump should be very easy (direct swap)"

Well a 400lph pump through line same size as what a stock 310lph pushes through will not magically make it preform like a 255lph pump. Pump runs at less voltage to maintain same flow as the stock pump aka the aftermarket is flowing more. Robert did a before and after voltage comparison.
So a 400lph will be limited by stock hat but a dual 225 won't? BS.
Anyway I would have went dual but it's not currently sold.

I think it has. I looked up the part number on google and it popped up at summit. Here's the link; if you do plan on ordering I'd call summit to make sure this the same pump as mentioned in the thread

What else would they have to put in "their kit" besides the fuel pump? I mean if its plug n play then you wouldnt need another FPDM, relays, fuses, wiring and all that. Do you know the HP rating for this pump?
