Ford gaskets for all and Ford timing components. Except guides you may want to upgrade. Irons1n and myself have been chatting about this today. He was suggesting upgraded timing chain guides from MMR.
As for hardware. I would use ARP upgrades on mains, sides, and head studs. A little costly on head studs verses gead bolts but worth the piece of mind.
Water pump, either will do.
Heads, send them to TEA. For $1800-2000 you'll be all set and flow better then anyone else for the money. You could up valve size but I doubt you'll need to. Stainless steel is fine for the intake valves but stick with the Inconel for the exhaust side.

I ordered up the ARP Head Studs (12 point) & Side Bolts over the weekend as well as a Circle D converter too. I got paid friday and was just trying to blow some money so I figured what the heck lol. I also ordered MMRs chain guides about a month ago. They are a really sweet upgrade over the plastic ill post a pic of them side by side in a little.

So I talked to Jim Jr. from JDM today a little bit about tuning the truck when it's done and he suggested 47lbs injectors. I mentioned that there are a few guys who run the 60lbs injectors right now and aren't built yet. He suggested running the 47 over the 60 injectors. He said they have ran the 47s on a fully built truck and that it should support the power I'm looking for. What do you guys think?

For the price the 47's are definitely worth it..
I've got the EV6 injectors. I had to modify the injector clips to get them to work, but I think that's exclusively an 04 first production run issue..

I'm running ford racing 47# injectors with a JDM tune.. No issues here at all for about 26k miles now..

That's odd. My truck has 60lb injectors and I have a tune from them. 47's are safe to around 500rwhp. I know they push more by ramping up fuel pressure and with tune settings for the injectors. I don't view it as safe or correct. Injectors are sized for a reason. But to each his own. I seriously doubt the Lightnings they tune to 620-700+rwhp are running the 47's.
