Bought the original Roush tank for $30 shipped.

Still need some help thou.

1) IC Relay size?

2) Degas tank bracket height?

3) Injectors? Guy I bought the charger off is checking to see if they are correct.

Got the DUB pulley, Balancer & Bypass tank today

Have a Cobra cooler comming soon as well.

Well the Pulley is apparently stock size 3.40. But the original is slightly smaller!

Anyone confirm the Stock pulley size?

I just bought these for my water pump relay:
Relay
Fuse holder
Relay holder
Not sure if they are exactly what I needed, but from what little I read, I think they should work. I'll let you know once I get mine installed.

Yeah thanks for that fella. Iam on paternity leave ATM. Will grab a 40a relay with cap etc wtc when I get back to work, Deutch plugs etc.

Just wondering if the harness connection is power or ground for the relay? Iam thinking of running an LED & Switch to the dash so I can turn the pump off on long journeys. Will be interesting to see what the charge air is @ -30. The coolant will be running pretty cold.

Just finished installing the 40a relay. Water pump is working without a problem now! Are you talking about the hole on the top of the relay? From the relays I've worked with, those are never connected to anything within the relay, just a mounting point. To do what you want, you'd need to run a wire from the 86 pin on the relay to the switch then to a 12V power source (or the resistor on the passenger side of the engine that you would normally go to directly). That would give you the option to turn the pump on and off as you wish.

Also, just installed my new belt. It was the Gates 125.25" belt K061247. Although I'm running a Whipple, so it's likely different...

Aye, not sure what you mean about the mounting hole?

According to the install, the you need to splice into the factory harness to activate the relay, was wondering if this splice is + or ground?

I would run the relay ground upto the cab and ground out with a switch & light.

Having looked at the install that splice must be live. So just put a switch on ground.

How did you activate the relay?

AS for the pulley being a different size, Roush had 2 kits one was not intercooled and one was intercooled. I think the intercooled one had a smaller pulley and made more boost. I think I read on vmp website that the intercooled one is 3.20 stock.

Thanks for the info. I bought the pulley from South Florida Pulley HQ. They stated the Roush Nitemare uses the 3.40, thought it uses the IC version?

Anyway I've bought an LFP 4lb lower. So it should counteract the .200 increase uptop. One benefit is the 3.40 will reduce belt slip.

The kit comes with a 67.5 belt. Not sure if that will fit?

Just been on the phone to uncle Bob and he said the PL has Been ported and the internal hump has been sorted.

AND!!!!

He also said the Eaton Is Infact a Snake-bite blower. Glad I sent it off and didn't just fit it with 4lb lower. Was wondering why the manifold was oil soaked!

Feel pretty stoked now

I have the injectors that came off the SC'ed truck. No idea on the size.

And nope. The snake bite is still with Stieggy at the moment. Hoping to get it back soon enough.

Will post some pics up when it back in my company.

Also got more info. Apparently the blower was done for Troyer back in 2010. This along with COP's and long tubes did quite big RWHP on stock pulleys. I spoke to one of Troyers pen pushers about this as I have the PCM here With his tune on it. He confirmed the tune etc. No Promised return call from Troyers yet ha ha they can kiss my ***.

Red ride on the back burner. Abooout time I did some work on the silver rig.

Had a KC fitted and front mount since the original install over 4 year back. Since then it's been 100% reliable. Hauled enough firewood to sink the Titanic. Custom tuning is the key!

JBA shorties. Yeah I know I should have went long tube but Iam only changing because of the TICK.

$400 off a Kijiji.

Have a cog drive to go on this summer. Once I get the OE caged set up off I will change the belt and install the metco Aux drive idlers.
