First, I would like to thank everyone for their help. Although this is my first thread, I have been using this forum for all my F150 maintainence. That being said, I purchased a supercharger assembly and heat exchanger from another member of the site and after the $3500+shipping Whipple wanted for the remainder of the kit , I have decided to piece as much of it together as I can. I have been able to find most of the parts with the exception of the 1.875" smooth steel idler pulleys. I have found a 1.75" pulley from Grainger, but if anyone knows where to find the pulley Whipple uses or can read the part number (if there is one) off their pulley, I would appreciate it.

 

focus idler pulley will work if you are 6 rib

 

The focus idler seems to be 70mm on rockauto. The pulley I need is about 47mm OD and looks like this:

 

Oh...it looks like the timing idler for a Focus is 47mm...thanks Faster150
