Only guessing until the tank is pulled and everything is checked out, but what we do know is only one of the three pumps is working correctly. Could be a couple of reasons, but we really don't know. After talking to Jon, I'm leaning real hard at going with a simplier, more reliable, returnless setup.

A BC Automotive/ Darrin Burch built 4r75w (http://www.bcatransmissions.com/index.html) with a Circle D Specialties custom built converter.

Traction is going to be an issue!

Not yet. The truck got back to the shop late Thursday night. Tomorrow we dive in and get the fuel issues worked out, then some remote tuning.

Very true. I payed 2 people a very large amount of money and they couldnt tune my truck, I bought the software and its been much better, time consuming, lots of trial and error, but once you get the hang of what does what, its simple.

EXACTLY! Two very, very well known Ford tuners talked a good game but in the end, wouldn't return our calls. At least I'm thankful they didn't take the job then leave me in "limp home" mode for the 3 hour drive home. Cough, RWTD, Cough.

Now here's my unabashed plug for a tuner: Jon Lund is by far the best and most professional tuner I have ever been associated with. Not only does he write the best tunes, imo, you can possibly get, he stands behind his work and is EXTREMELEY accessable. He will return his emails, phones, and a lot of the time, even answer the phone when you call. I've used a lot of tuners for both my truck and my car, this guy is the best right out of the gate. His canned tunes are head and shoulders above most tuners custom tunes. This summer I got a tune from a very well known Florida tuner, nothing but problems. I called and emailed over and over. Finally got back to me, sent me another tune, car still ran crappy. Called again and again. All I heard was excuses about how busy he was and his "family time" needs. Gave up and ate the $300 for the tune and called Lund Racing. The phone was answered on my first call. I explained what was going on and was instructed to email a list of mods and make payment. A couple of days later, tune arrived in my inbox. Put it on the car and it was perfect. Fast forward to yesterday. I emailed Mr. Lund, ON SUNDAY, to ask a question about some possible pinging I'm hearing. I thought it might be a plug issue or possibly bad gas. He replied back a short time later, answered my questions, gave me some advice, then out of the blue, sent me another tune to account for winterized gas. Now that is customer service. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...... he was cheaper than the other guy too!

Can't say enough good things about my mechanic/fabricator. Should be posting up some dyno video on his site shortly. Just wish I had found him and his shop a long time ago: http://huxracingusa.com/huxweb.htm

Very well may be. I wouldn't know. After repeated attempts to schedule some dyno time, they never called back. Hidden blessing, methinks.
