Ha ha, then you'd have to go with a custom ecu, or some how wire the gt500 to the f-150 if it don't work.

IT LIVES! Fired up, but runs really rough. As expected with the base tune. Now it's on a trailer and off to PA for a custom dyno tune. Maybe up to two weeks before this is accomplished due to problems with scheduling.

dude i so cant wai to find out how this turns out. What is the build costs so far if you dont mind? did you have to change the engine mounts any to install new engine.. and i already know that you have had a hard time getting the tune hehe. but what was the most difficult part.

How did the wiring harness wire up to the 3v ecu etc? did you have to cut any wires. was everything plug and play.

Engine mounts on all the Modular motors is the same IIRC, just on the V10 they have to turned upside down. As far was the wiring I think it would plug directly into the ECU without any modifications, main thing would be in the tune because while its a 5.4 motor, that motor is DOHC and the supercharger. You cant use a GT500 ecu because its a manual.
