Yeah, congrats, now talk to Troyer about getting some tunes, out of the box mine were not so great, but after a day with Troyer and his crew we are running 99.9999% better.

Enjoy!!!

this was my experience with magnusons vendor who does their tunes. I called magnuson tech support and got three answers as to why my truck started pinging going from about 1/2 throttle to WOT. 1. low fuel pressure, 2. leak in intake assembly letting in unmetered air, 3. and dude hit it on the last try, its in the tune. They didn't deal with their vendor they gave me their vendors phone number and said call em, I believe it was Mark or Mike somewhere up in the Michigan area, Mark or Mike sends me a supposed updated tune, still pinging, finally went to Troyer after a few months, and he looked at my supposed updated tune from Mark or Mike and the original from another magna owner having some issues, they were identical crap copies of each other... Troyer hooked me up using the same programmer, just copied my new tunes on it. The tune with the magna package for me was running lean almost from the get go as in partial all the way up, plus I had what some call searching the RPM band? where you are driving and for no reason it would downshift and then quickly upshift, they had the several shiftpoints overlapping each other a couple times, and some other things I forgot or didn't know what the heck he was talking about, one being with the voltage and the fuel pump. Price wise about the same as any custom email ordered tunes from him I believe, I had driven up there and he dyno tuned it for me which of course was extra$$$.

Maybe it was a fluke? I don't know... as I told Mike when he finished tuning me, I was about to yank it all out and beat it with a rock, it was so aggravating not getting the support I needed to resolve it from them or their vendor/tuner.
