Yea i think somthing isnt right here.. you fall flat after 4500 rpms...

What was the A/F and timing like?

timing was set at 10 before he did any thing and changed to 18 by the end he did some 2nd and 3rd gear rund the 2nd gear numbers were a little higher

yeah at 4500rpm in 3rd we were running 115mph so he shut it down

I see the placement of the Heat exchanger is different now..

Overall looks good.
