97 f150 speed upgrades
new to ford trucks but heres the base 4.6 2wd 5 speed looking to around 300hp to 350 and like 380 tq. anyone know of any sc or turbo kits out there i keeping finding newer truck stuff. maybe retro fit a mustang 4.6 kit?

#1: you'd need a 2 valve mustang supercharger, look for a used procharger, allen, powerdyne or vortech kit on ebay

#2: depends on what lightning body parts you want what all you'll need
