dataloging for tunes?

ordered my tunes and got a email form troyer with worksheets, i filled all these out. then theres a bunch paperwork about dataloging is this for dyno tunes or what. hopefully someone can fill me out with this.

I responded to your other post. You do not have to data log your vehicle to get the initial tunes.

Your going to want to datalog on a dyno and send Troyer as much info on how the new tune is responding to your app..I THINK that you have a window of tune adjustments before Troyer charges to modify your tune.Check w/ him to be sure

You can datalog on the street also. If you ask me its more real world than any dyno could ever be.

Although mine is dyno tuned i had a mail order street dataloged tune in for over a year.

^^^^^ I agree, street tuning and dyno combined would be the way. I'm a newb tuner, and so far I am just doing it on the street, it's difficult and can be a bit dangerous, but it is real world tuning imo.
