forced induction and mpg on 5.4

just curious what would happen to my mpg if i went with a lightning supercharger or a rear mount 60/70 mm turbo on my 05 5.4 2wd

I get 19-21mpg on the hwy at 55-60

I gained 1 to 1-1/2 mpg with the Procharger....As long as I drive sanely

A lightning supercharger won't work on an 05 5.4

All depends on your driving habits!
I get about 5 MPG.
