Here is some info on my 32V Whipplecharged (15 psi) 5.4.

Finally got a reasonable tune, not good but it'll do until we can get Sal out for another Norcal session.

The A/F is a little ragged and my Xcal wouldn't allow me to give it more timing but I'm satisfied with the numbers for my street tune and it still passes our smog police testing. I also don't understand why it banged on the rev limiter this time at 5800 when it didn't last time. In both tunes it's set at 6500.

I just got done with Rod Thuringer's truck in Pheonix. He flew me out to tune it for him. Bone stock 4.6, 67mm, 42's, 90mm MAF, 10psi., pump gas

489 at the crank (Dyno Jet Nubers)
419 at the wheels (Dyno Jet Numbers)

269 at the wheeels with mustang dyno set at 5100 lbs and second gear pull.

Stock lightning pulls about 248 with the same settings

here is my dyno sheet from my 04 5.4L 3V Roush Intercooled with a 2lb lower and TP tune.

daily driver. 14k mile since i bought the truck in 09/06. s/c went in in february. no problems yet.
