First Dyno Pull

Been hanging around these forums for a long time and came across a very low time Roush charger and took the plunge into forced induction. This is not the Roush tune and drive ability is horrible at the moment so I know I am leaving some hp on the table. Data logged it and tune is getting tweaked. Itching for the next pull!

Does my a/f ratio look normal to you experts? 06 F150 Screw 5.4 with inter cooled Roush supercharger at 6psi, only other mod is the FAL-270 efan kit.

IMO it's a tad lean up to 97 mph and then so rich beyond 102 it has to be leaving significant power on the table.

What does the Roush system use for fuel management, or is it simply done in the fuel and MAF tables?

Ask them if they can switch you from MPH to RPM, it's more meaningful to most of us.

Justin (VMP) is tuning it and has been extremely helpful. This was a used s/c unit so he was able to get me a mail order tune without the help of a stock Roush PCM tune in a couple of weeks. I went with Troyer several years ago when I upgraded to an AF1 and tunes and loved the vehicle but once I had a supercharger sitting on my workbench, my patience went south and I wanted something in a hurry.

I was just at MAC Autosport in Parker with the 2005 Roush Sport and here are the results:

Best numbers:

333 RWHP
367 RWTQ

That's with a custom factory Roush Tune (yes, custom tune from ROUSH) on a non-intercooled Roushcharger. The only other mod I have is the true DIDO 3" Magnaflow exhaust.

Not bad for a NI blower and 6000' DA.
