I think it's a good deal. Check the wheels for any bends (and cracks), anything that looks like a weld (you'd be surprised), etc. The guy probably won't let you, but the best thing would be taking them to a tire shop and having them spin them to see how straight they are.

Did you notice the tires were 285/50/20...20 inch tires don't work on 22 inch rims. The rims themselves look nice but I don't like the center cap. Those can be replace though.
