Went in for alignment today and was told in order to get a perfect alignment i need to get inner tie rod ends that are treaded at least another ½" so I gotta ask anybody know about this or where I can get one? May from another track or car?

Yes I been doing that worm, now the hardest part for me from most of you is that I have a 4x4 which is more challenging.

I would see if 2wd tie rods are shorter. or if the adjuster is shorter.

I found that 2wd tie rods are even longer that 4x4.

Just rethread the inner and cut them accordingly after.
it's a M16x1,5 die you need.

or cut about 5/16 of the inner and outer and be set.

Correct.

Sorry I missed this back when you first had alignment issues, but as I said in the PM do as he says. This is also covered in my thread stickied to the top of this street scene section. https://www.f150online.com/forums/st...8-f-150-a.html
