How much does it sag?
It is possible to put the flip kit in backwards, not to sure on how that would effect the height. There are 2 holes on the stock spring pad and one pin on the top plate on the DJM flip kit, make sure that is in correctly.
Also try to loosen the leaf spring mounting bolts (front and rear and shackle), you don't need to do the U bolts. Then put the truck on the ground and then tighten the bolts. If you tighten it in the air, it puts tension on the bushings and being that when you tighten the bolts on one side you are rotating it up and the other side down it can cause and uneven ride height.

I know it's not the most popular thing on the forums, but here are some install pics from a 2007 Lariat SCrew 4x4. I looked at trading for a 2wd, but there wasn't anything very nice in my area and I didn't want to trade down. So, I bit the bullet and went for it. There was a little trial and error, but nothing too bad, haha.
Parts list:
Belltech Struts part# 25001
Belltech SP Shocks part# 2212EE - Will be going to 2211EE soon.
DJM Flip 4"
Here are the before pics - 35x12.50 Federal Couragia, HBS 2.5" level. DJM 1" lift shackles
Here's how she sat at full drop. 2wd struts set for 3" drop which is equal to 4" on a 4x4, and a 5" flip.
Here's why it couldn't stay at full drop, the front axles just had too much of an angle. I was afraid once they got a pretty good shock they'd be gone.

Now at 2.5" total drop in the front, and 5" in the rear in these pics.
The front axles have a better angle on them now.

Updated Pics 10/14/13
Final drop is 2.5/4 with Slam Air helpers - 9psi in the pics. The rear is a little low still, but I'm going to try 12-15psi and see how it looks/rides. Once I'm able to use my shop again I plan to try the front at 3".

In a nut shell the front struts and coils are the same. The rear shackles are the same. Everything else is different.
I plan to be 4/5.5 drop soon
Also you can use the belltech 04-08 drop spindles but need to swap to the 04-08 rotors, I believe the calipers are the same but might need to swap those too. slwsvt went this route in his bagged king ranch
