Replacing my rear Bumper

I am replacing my rear bumper and putting on a roll pan. I was wondering if anyone here could tell me about how long or if its hard to do. I can tell you from expericence when I replace my front bumper 2 months ago. It took me about 6 hours to put on. It was a pain. I was thinking it was only going to take about 2 at the most. If someone could help me out and that would be great. Thanks
