Coming along with the center console

have finally been working on the center console this week since i got my materials. gotta get the armrest/lid covered tomorrow, and will still have the sides to do, but i still need to get the carpet for the sides sometime. at least the leather will be on and the console back in my truck, the little stock one sucks so much compared to this monster one

about 1 and 1/2 months ago

in the truck before covered.

here's the console in the truck. im just gonna take the seats out and put the carpet on it with it in the truck, that thing is a huge PITA to get in. esp with arkansas humidity after it rained yesterday.

cool i like that its all one piece, makes it pretty hard to steal. Mine was heavy before i glassed it, and im not sure how heavy it will end up. I really should get out there and do some work on it this week.

Looks good, cant wait to see the finished product

oh, it's not going anywhere. they would have to take the seat out with the big star bolt im sure ur average thief doesnt carry around. then you would have to have 2 people and the knowledge of the trick i found to be able to get the console in and out. good thing i thought of it or i would have never gotten it in either, lol
