JL Audio 13TW or MTX shallows
|
was looking into some shallow mount subs and came across these two. Was really leaning towards the JL's but it says on the website that its nominal impedence was 3 ohm? i was planning on using my alpine mrd 1005 amp too power either two jl;s or two mtx's what should i pick? The amp is good for 600watts @4ohms by 1 channel? any advice

I've heard most shallow subs are weak.

The TW5's are incredible. They are redoing the industry. I (as well as many other PRO installers) are putting subs in places, that were not possible before. They sound amazing both in output and in SQ.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would love to put one of the JL TW's in my truck, but I'm now willing to fork out $550 for one!
