JL vs RF 10" subs?

Okay, I need to compare 2 subs for a budget build. I plan on throwing 2 10" shallow subs in a supercrewsounds box, question is which has more bang for my buck?

$95 - JL Audio 10W1v2-4 (150w rms?)
$110 - Rockford Fosgate p3sd210 (300w rms)

I've heard good things from JL, but the RF shallows have been pretty popular here and seem to handle more power. I'm guessing the JL might have more SQ, but the RF is obviously gonna have more thump.. i dunno, you tell me!

all I have ever had was the JL w3 series... w1's werent all that impressive to me.

I would imagine the P3 would give a little more from what everyone around this site says

I currently have a pair of JL w1v2 subwoofers in my truck under the seat. They sound pretty good, but dont get super crazy loud. They do give out plenty of bass though, it shakes the truck. I'm more concerned with the reproduction of the sound rather than shaking the cars next to me though, and these JLs satisfy me.

Im feeding them closer to 500 watts RMS (250 each) and they run fine with that.
