Front Door Removal

I have a 2004 xl Truck. My question is how to remove the front doors. I know there are two bolt in the bottom of the door. Is there any other screws holding the door or just clips?

If all you want is access to the speakers, the panel over the speaker area will just pop off with a screwdriver. At least that's the way it is on XLT. There's no need to remove the entire door panel.
