is there anyway to get 12 inch woofers in?

You can fit a Kicker 12" L7 under the seat. Personally, I think you would be happier going with two 10's or three 8's.

Yes. Throw it on the seat.

Where do you want it? Under the seat? You can make about anything fit under the seat with some modifications.
