2004 super crew subwoofer box plans?

I am wanting to build my own box for my 10" kenwood db+. I was wondering if anyone has built one to fit under the rear seat? My speakers require at least .60 cubic air space but work the best if they have at least .80, the other problem I am having is that they have a big magnet and so the mounting depth on them is 5 9/16". I was planning on using 3/4" mdf but was looking for ideas. If anyone has plans that they wouldn't mind sharing please send them to me. thanx danbryant01@hotmail.com

The dimentions go from about 8" high in the front to 6" in the back. I think you could go about 11" back and then the width is about 22 1/2". But if you do the math I don't think that it is enough cubic air space when you subtract for the 3/4 mdf, and also the amount of room the speaker needs to hit. I know you had some pretty good plans but I was never able to see pictures or actual plans, do you have any ideas for me?

I have been swamped at work and I need to get the pics up this weekend.

My area was tight and you have to us the space all the way under the rear seat (like 3" high) where the seat folds up into. My front height is 8" and the rear sump height is around 6" then it bumps up to 3" in the rear corner as well. It sounds similiar

I have about 36" wide between the 60/40 split supercab seat

I used 1/2" with a brace inside and it works great, I am going to try 3/4" and make it slightly bigger to see if it sounds any better but since the space is so small it probably will not matter.,

I think 5/8 would be fine. you will need I think you could do 16"x2.675"x4.875" shape at 22" long.....

I will post a PDF of the my 3d model tonight as well

I really appreciate all of your help do you mind posting all of the measurements with the pics. That would really help me out a lot. You are able to go 36" wide though, are you going over the hump or just to the hump in the middle of the seat? I think that is my biggest problem is just not enough room. What year is your truck that you have built the boxes for?
