speakers in headliner

I need to replace some speakers the previous owner installed into the headliner. I'm looking for a very shallow/low profile. Any suggestions? Size, brand etc.

How much money do you want to spend. Are they just being powered by a radio, or do they have an amp on them?

I know Infinity makes a shallow mount 6 1/2 inch speaker. Backspacing is 1 7/8ths inches. Cost about 100 bucks.
The model is 6002si. Can handle 50 watts RMS

Thanks for the information on the infinity 6002si. I even found some for $55 bucks. Are 6x9s going to be too much for overhead?
I do plan on adding an amp.

So did the x owner just carve out a hole in the "cardboard" headliner?
