Lift Law in Ga?

The last up to date thing that I could find was a two inch law from back in '01 and I don't believe that's still the case at all.
I'm just wondering what the max height is and where it's measured to.

Thanks, guys.

Unfortunately, that law is still current as of January 2010:

You can find more here: http://www.liftlaws.com/georgia_lift_laws.htm

I really don't know, 42, I'm just gonna pay the tickets if I get any.

I remember reading a thread somewhere and some law maker came up with cause I guess they figured people here can't properly lift our trucks.
It wasn't about the safety of the lift, but how people do it here or something.
