Hello F150online! I'm new to the forum but as a Ford Truck enthusiast, I feel I will be right at home here with my fellow F150 owners.

To all of the forum members, please allow me to make a brief introduction. My name is Andrew and I'm one of the co-founders of The Dashcam Store here in Austin, Texas. If you guys and gals have any technical questions about the BlackVue product line, or dashcams in general, please let me know. Along with the other founding Andrew (an ex-automotive technician turned engineer and now business owner), I've also got years of experience in the automotive industry, and together with the rest of our team we're doing our best to stay on top of the dashcam game and promote increased driving safety in this country.

We're a small but growing company looking to fill the customer service gap in the dashcam community. At times we may not be able to compete on pricing with some of the vendors who are located in (and ship from) Asia, but we easily make up for that with US-based sales and support (shipping, returns, exchanges, technical support, etc). All of our merchandise does ship from either Texas or California, and we even offer our own line of dashcam Installation Kits (designed an made here in the USA).
