Twisted:

Our numbers are mighty close. It was about 90 degrees(in South Ga.) this past July when I dynoed mine. I had a JDM 'warm weather' chip, JL 3lb. pulley, oil breather cap, and a JL Ram Air kit at the time. Everything else was stock including the fuel--tire psi at 32. Not too shabby--eh? See sig.

Yeah close....I am thinking that It's to rich. I wonder if I go back to the factory stat if it would make a difference. Lean it out some and make a few more hosses. I'm thinkin' of sending the graphs and data to Sal and see if he could fix me up. Reburn...
The intake air temp was 84 degrees
I drove it about 30 miles and it onl;y set while we hooked everything up. The motor was at normal operating temp.

Reburn

You should contact Chirs and get him to help you at the dyno. That way he can do a chip and dyno tune the truck the way you want it at the same time. This way you will have local help, and it will not be so much down time between burns. Let me know if you want contact info. http:www.jmschip.com

Cool

If you think it's too rich put the IT16 Denso's in. That's what their site recommends for the L.

Twisted99,
When i looked at your dyno sheet i noticed your dyno man had it set on STD corrected instead of SAE which most everyone else uses here. There is a big difference between the 2 the STD will show your L putting out quite a bit more power than the SAE will. For example last week my truck on STD made 415HP and 517 pounds of torque but when he put it on SAE it made 403HP and 504 torque so there is a difference.Give them a call and they can reprint the SAE numbers for you!

Thumbs up

Good number Twisted! I would have to agree with lightningsvt01, call up Chris and get him to work some magic on a JMS chip with your truck setting on the Dyno and you will be able to see the difference as it happens. He can set it up anyway you want it buddy. Chri was driving the Yellow Stang in Holt and that was in BAD track conditions, you got to see him when he can get on it. hehehe Call the Man.
