I am sure that someone with a lightning has had the billet grills installed and posted a photo. Any help greatly appreciated to locate!!

That looks sweet!! Im hoping to have the cash to do that to mine this month, along with the clear corner lens, also the piaa super white (plasme??) bulbs. I think it would look great on my white truck

 

Does anybody know if the PIA 9007's are out yet?

TBL; I went in to grab some today but they are not yet produced, or so I was told. But I did however grab some IPF super white bulbs for the driving lights. They look great on there and were easy to install, I cant wait for the piaa bulbs for my headlights though, he said to give it another 2-3 months

 

Does the billet grill have any negative connotations ? Air flow decreased ?

also thanks for sending out the installation info for these grills. It is comforting to see that there are no major modifications that would keep me from putting the stock grills back in if I sell the truck

 

About being able to return your lightning to stock after the installation of a billet grill. I tried two different manufacturers of grilles, and they both installed the same way. You have to cut the mounting tabs of the upper grill off to install the billet grill. The lower grill can be installed without modification. It simply unscrews. But, the upper fascia is only a couple of hundred dollars to replace. Also, I spoke with a PIAA representative at the LA Auto show yesterday and he echoed Floyd91's response. A couple of months before they produce them.
