2002 4.6l check engine light codes. Need help!

My truck has 144k auto 2wd
i had the pcv hose leaking and replaced it after few day of running with po171 and po174 code , lean bank 1 and 2
i fixed the hose with new one, now the truck is sluggish to cranks and does not have any high rpm power like it's being choked, after rest codes and a 10 mile ride , same codes appear, I think the cats are melted, it runs fine till I floor the gas then it feels as if it can't get the exhaust out . What's your thoughts?? And advice is helpful.

Take it to an exhaust shop and get the cats tested for backpressure.

Check the fuel pressure.

Put some Gumout in the gas to clean the injectors.

What is this hose??

What is the purpose of this hose and the thing the green connection is hooked to. The hose is horrible rotted shape.

Looks like a vacuum line. If that is leaking it could cause your problem.

The hose is the evap purge hose. The green thing is attached to the vapor canister purge valve, I think it's a check valve. The white thing under it is the solenoid that operates the purge valve. If the hose is leaking, that will definitely be a vacuum leak and will trip lean codes. The hose can be replaced with any fuel-duty hose.

Ok I changed the hose in picture and Fuel filter, and clean MAF sensor, not much change on high RPM 3800-5000
not a miss at all in motor , it just sluggish at higher RPM range and it keeps giving po171 and po174 code all I know to do is go to a local shop $90 a hour 😭

Local shop found why code po174 & po171 keeps flashing

after extensive searching on my end for vacuum leak, and fuel filter change, took it to a shop cause it started to hesitate a lot on acceleration. Turns out my fuel pump is playing out, I had it changed 5 years ago and now it's currently running 20 psi on startup and when rev it drops to 11-13 psi staring motor for fuel. So I hope this help a lot of you guys that keep getting the Lean bank 1&2 codes. Thanks guys!

It turned out to be a failing fuel pump, thanks!
