I have an 08 4.6 and the other night it started idleing really rough and I lost power from motor. Motor was still running but barely. Made it to aAuto Zone to get the code read and it said camshaft positon sensor. Bought one and changed it. Still have the problem. Any one know what it could be?

 

What was the numeric code?

Check your FPDM for corrosion.

How many miles on it, how many miles on the spark plugs?

 

Not sure. I dont have the paper with me. It has 150xxxish and I dk how many miles on the spark plugs. Ive had it 2 yrs and never changed them. But if it was the plugs wouldnt it run bad all the time? Right now it will be running fine and then start running bad.
