Whippled 6.2 Platinum?

Hello gents, been a long time. I'm coming back from the Diesel world and am ready to buy a 12 Platinum 6.2 with 65,000. Has been charged since new and occasionally driven hard. Anyone had and bad experiences with this combo ? Is the Whipple rebuildable or do they generally last for the duration?

Some reports are 675hp in the motor. Buy a whipple 1920cfm TB for it and get it on the rollers.

Personally, I do oil changes ever 6-7 thousand Kilometers. Fuel filter every other. Factory Ford filters and Mobile 1 Synthy. And that's it. The truck will see 38C In the summer and -25c and colder in the winter.

Very nice motor. The 6.2 is a real powerhouse when you blow air into it.

Thank you Ross. It has the 3.625 pulley and the injectors have been recalled for smaller ones allegedly due to idle quality. I will be getting all the paperwork soon. I'm planning on scheduling an appt at Roush for a once over, tuning and dyno. It will make the tires whine at a 50 MPH roll but the traction control engages and steals all my fun.
