I live in Southeast Louisiana so I deal with infrequent flooding. When the water is high it gets into my horns. I have to remove them and spin them to get the water...else they just toot. Anyone have any good ideas?

 

Stretch balloons or condoms over them?

 

They should be oriented with the opening down and pretty much auto drain.... Sort of pointing at 5 o'clock. Are yours installed properly?
