Starting problem

When I try to start my 2000 f-150 it will make a click as if the starter is shot but if I try a couple times it will fire up. But once it starts I can shut it off and fire it up again as long as it doesn't sit for too long. So long story short it starts fine after its ran for a little bit.

In this order;
a. Battery terminals corroded.
b. cable connections at the start relay or starter.
c. start relay on the firewall with burnt contacts.
d. Worn brushed in the starter.
One or more of these locations.
Start at A and go toward the starter.
Good luck.
