HELP!! Seat belt Locked up

Ok the seat belt mechanism is locked up I took it out to sound deaden the back wall now the belt has retracted and I cant un-lock it to re-install.. Is there a safety catch to release it ??

I wonder if it has a "gravity switch"? Did you try bolting it in its proper position and see if it works?

Hey Canadian Boyz! I'm with the same problem. I'm right now sound deaden and I can't put the seat belt mechanism to bolt again. How did you do it?
