Great customer service from Jusnes Modified!

Just received a new fuse holder and primary wire for the e-fans I had ordered through the F150 online group buy. I haven't complained or e-mailed them about any issues with them. They sent this purely because it sounds as though they have some issues and wanted to ensure everything was 100% right! This was enclosed with a letter that was individually signed by one of the owners. This kind of service is rare and I thought it would be worth mentioning. I know I will do business with them in the future.

I've been kicking around the idea of buying an Xcal2 but Jusnes will be where my money goes if it happens.

Bob (With Jusnes Modified) lives right up the street from me, I ordered a Volant intake from him, and he offered to come help me install it if I needed help. I didn't, but though it was nice of him to offer.

I got new fuse holders today as well, and haven't installed my fans yet. Great customer service and a big to the guys at Jusnes. They could have let it go, and only replaced them as customers complained, but they identified it was a problem and sent out the fix accross the board.

Custom made by a local fab shop, quoted at 275.00 with 4 mounting brackets... so yes.. expensive..
I got them down to 160.00 for the shroud and i'm going to try to fab my own brackets...
not sure its worth it, but the piece of mind of not have fans hanging on the fins will be worth it... will mount to factory fan shroud points.. do to Alum price going though the roof, I had to go with 14GA cold roll steel and I'll paint it black....
I don't think its going to be very heavy, after to (2) 15.5 rad cutouts, not much left.....

I was very impressed as well with the customer service. I got my fuses and leads in the mail. My fans are sitting in their boxes still. I havent had any time to even think about the install. Ive been reading up on some of the efan issues and I think thats whats delaying me. I may buy some different controllers to help avoid any possible issues with them. Not to say the Jusnes ones are bad. Ive just seen some really heavy duty ones out there that give the user alot of control.

No, I do. I just want to get an AF1 and would feel more comfortable with a 'custom' tune.
