lightning al,
I remember a post from here or some other board about Ford having a part # to plug the hole up. It is a round, plastic part that snaps into the hole. Hope this helps.

Okay Folks, for those of you who have not done this, take your $3 down to your Ford Dealer on Monday and buy the cheapest cosmetic mod for our Lightnings. The part number is F75Z-17D754-AAY. (According to FORDSALES the part number was changed to XL32 17D754 AAB. Bring both numbers to the order desk.)
