Talking Heres is the Single Blade Oval Bore Throttle Body`s->

Well here are some photos of a Single Blade Oval Bore Throttle Body that will fit the 99-00 Lightnings. I would like your coments on them? Also There maybe a aluminum air intake from the throttle body to the mass air sensor(theres a hose that replaces the Stock piece), He will make them if enough spark intrest in them! I was told the throttle body would go for $400.00 to your doorstep. There will be dyno testing tommorow to find out the gains. Heres the photos please send me you coments on them

Looks great. REDLITE (formerly SVT99 ),our resident ginny pig has one on order. As soon as he figures out the throttle linkage, we'll see how it runs.

There will be no modification nessacary fo rthis TB it bolts directly on, so you dont have to modify the linkage!

Wow! you need to email Jarrod. He could send his back and not have to jack with the linkage problems. We are all eagerly awaiting the dyno test!

I am definitely interested? It would be nice to not have to swap the linkage. What about the throttle position sensor? Please post dyno results.

You may want to look at the linkages again.
The Cobra linkage is a "mirror image" of the Lightning linkage. I ground off the ends of the shaft where the linkage was staked on, reassembled and tack welded the Lightning linkage on the Cobra TB. Also the throttle position sensor needs to be flipped around so it faces to the rear. Believe me this is not an easy task either as the phillips head cadmium plated screws "weld" themselves to the aluminum casting. Pick up a couple of socket head 5mm x 31mm screws to replace them with as you will most likely destroy them getting them loose. Good luck, it's worth the effort.

Im aware of the pics, these are the only ones he had at the time, but when you order one it comes already modified so all you have todo is bolt it on and plug it up.

Did you order yours from somebody other than a Motorsport dealer? If so, let everyone know this. They will have to modify the Motorsport TB (price was $325 list, I paid $295+ tax) if they don't pay someone else to modify it for them.

Question

Does that price include the TPS sensor for our Trucks?

TPS sensor is the same part number on each, and comes with a new one, it just needs to be turned around 180 degrees. If Burningout101
can get them for $400 delivered with the right linkage, that is a good deal because rather than destroy it, you can keep and reinstall your old TB if "warranty covered" engine problems come up. I still have a spare on my crate engine. My total cost was $314 with tax, no shipping, picked up at the dealer.

Burninout101, what is the part number tagged to the throttle linkage for? That is not the motorsport part number, just curious to what that number was refering to.
