Plug that Hitch Hole.....
Okay Folks, for those of you who have not done this, take your $3 down to your Ford Dealer on Monday and buy the cheapest cosmetic mod for our Lightnings. I still can’t believe this was not a standard feature. The visual improvement is unbelievable (and I think there will be a little less wind drag for you performance nuts.) The part number is F75Z-17D754-AAY. (According to FORDSALES the part number was changed to XL32 17D754 AAB. Bring both numbers to the order desk.)
I’ve actually installed this mod 12 months ago. This weekend I found my receipt while organizing some things, and now that I finally have a digital camera I thought this would be an excellent way to use it.

ok guys.... huddle up here.....
gotta learn you guys on some of the finer points of car buying. My friends say I've bought more new cars than the law allows !!!
There is a critical time in the car buying process when the salesman would just about "Blow" you. I'm talkin about the time when the deal has been made and all you have to do is go into "finance" and sign and or pay for your car. What I like to do is make the deal on the car.... Leave them a deposit and pick up the car that night. Gives them time to "fill" the tank, "detail" it inside and out. And do the extra "deeds" this my friends is the critical time in which you can take care of things like asking the salesman to:
-Order Parts at dealer cost.
-Lift little black trailer hitch plugs from another vehicle on the lot. (Every Expedition comes with one of these)
-Lift extra CD Holders from other cars on the lot.
-I've had them actually change wheels/tires from another vehicle on the lot.
-I've had them change seats from one new car to another.
-Lift floor mats from another vehicle on the lot.
When I picked up my 2000 Lightning it had that little black plug in the trailer hitch hole, two extra CD holders and the rear window replaced with with a standard (non-slider) dark window ($500 installed)
Remember when you go into that little room with the finance person your salesman has nothing to do but go "lift" things from other cars for you !!!!
Your new car buying tip for the day !!!

Hey Peter,
Yep, I picked up the Canon S100 last week. It is an awesome camera. I’m definitely very satisfied with its quality and ease of use. My only wish would be an intermediate size like 1024 x 768. You only have two size options, 1600 x 1200 or 640x480 although I’ve now figured how to easily adjust this in Adobe PhotoDeluxe. Of course the thing I like the best is its physical size. It’s so small I take it with me wherever I go. I think it’s perfect for the kind of photos I’ll take.
Thanks for your help (and adp’s help also) in choosing this camera.
