Exclamation Need help with seat fix!!!

I have the side bolster seat problem and the repair that my dealer did made the problem worse! They did something to the frame piece that caused the foam to break, but they didn.t replace the foam. I now have a round indent instead of a small rectangular one. I searched "seats" and didn't find the posts with pictures of the problem and some other peoples repairs. I need to print this out and take it to them. Thanks !
Tom
