Went to the page but couldnt find picture of the lightning. How did you find a picture of it? Thanks Dennis

 

What I just did is to click on "Catalog", then type-in "Ford" in the Search area, then click on "1999 Lightning" in the Menu. You will get a pic of a red '99 L.

My question is, how do you display the black version and can you order one from their website? I couldn't find an order function.

i read about this on another lightning site and the person there said they came in black and red .i also only saw the red.im sure bill murray will be able to get them or try www.towerhobbies.com. its a new product so dont expect anyone to have them yet.i dont think you can order direct from bburago.

 

well, tower only sells remote control cars and of course the lightning remote controle truck. go to www.die-cast-models.com for diecast cars.

 

Couldn't find it on the Tower or Die-Cast sites but if you go to Exotic Car Models @ www.exoticar.com , you will find a choice of red or black 1/18 scale Bburago '99 L's. The Lightning is #B3305. I just ordered a black one. $19.95 plus $6.95 UPS charges. Will ship in January. (Red ones available in Dec.)
